What is the difference between a WappSync-managed number and my own linked number?
For Free and Notifier plans, messages are sent from a WappSync-managed number. This means your personal number is not used. For Transactional and Full plans, messages are sent from your own linked WhatsApp number, which you configure in your account.

With Free plans you get a limited number of WhatsApp messages per month. The Notifier Plan(s) are specifically designed for personal self-notifications. How does the Email to Telegram Gateway work?
The WappSync bot for Telegram provides you with a unique 'tg_' email address. Any email sent to this address will be instantly forwarded as a message to your Telegram account, making it a reliable way to receive personal alerts and notifications without using your phone number directly.

How to send self notifications via WhatsApp?
Using the Email Gateway: After creating an account, you will be assigned a unique 'self' email address. To send a notification to your own WhatsApp, simply send an email to this address. The body of the email will become the content of the WhatsApp message. You can find your unique addresses and full instructions on your Developer Tools page.
How to send self notifications via Telegram?
To get your unique 'tg_' email address for Telegram, you need to start a chat with the WappSync bot on Telegram. Simply click this link: Get Started Now. Once you have the address, any email sent to it will be instantly forwarded as a message to your Telegram account.
How to send Business Messages to others (customers, partners, etc.) by WhatsApp?
Using the Email Gateway: You will be assigned a unique 'recipient' email address. To send a message to a specific customer, send an email to this address with their phone number in the subject line. The content of your email will be sent as a WhatsApp message to that recipient's number. This method is designed for single-recipient messaging and is found in the Developer Tools.
Using the API: For automated, high-volume messaging, you can integrate WappSync's API into your business systems (CRM, e-commerce, etc.). The API allows you to programmatically send messages based on events like order confirmations, delivery updates, and support ticket statuses. You can find your API key on the My Business page.
